Personal Philosophy
Nothing worthy of accomplishment in life comes easy. Success consists of hard work and determination, or it is not worth succeeding. I like to work hard and have fun.The power of one's belief in themselves is the greatest tool any individual can possess. Believing in yourself helps solve the daily problems that are the stepping stones on the pathway to happiness and success.
Finally, it is my belief that any accomplishment in life can be obtained if you (1) accept your goal as being extremely important to you, (2) constantly visualize yourself reaching that goal, (3) have the sincere desire and will to always be a WINNER.

Personal
I am a Minnesota native raised in Waseca, a smaller town 50 miles west of Rochester. I have resided in the Rochester area since 1986. I attended 4 years of college studying Engineering at The School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, South Dakota. Since 1986 I have been licensed as a full-time REALTOR" in the State of Minnesota. I find great satisfaction helping buyers find the perfect home and helping sellers by applying my expertise and knowledge of the market. This is only achieved through constant and extensive research of the real estate sold and presently on the market. I attribute my success to my work philosophy and a sincere professional approach to helping people.
I love the outdoors, hunting, fishing, canoeing, working outside at our home in the country, spending time with my wife, family, and friends up at my family's cabin (Lake home), in northern Minnesota and my family's place on the beach on South Padre Island, TX.
I also love to stay in shape physically by eating healthy, and working out every day and mentally by being an avid reader. Most important of all is my faith in God and my personal relationship with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
