Help-U-Save Real Estate is a locally owned Company serving all of South East Minnesota with Full Service Real Estate for over 20 years. If you are a seller, we will handle all aspects of the real estate transaction, from placing a for sale sign on your lawn, advertising, web exposure to fielding and negotiating offers, finding financing for your buyer, coordinating inspections and troubleshooting any last minute obsticles, all the way to the closing process. You decide how much you want to participate. You can opt to show your home and conduct open houses, allow us to show it for you or put it in the MLS and let any other Realtor participate. No matter what you choose, you still save thousands of dollars over the cost of a 6 or 7 percent commission.
If you are a buyer, we will do whatever it takes to find you the home of your dreams, giving you tools to search for properties on your own and leaving the choice of when to involve one of our licensed real estate professionals up to you. We´ll even send you an email when a home matching your dream house comes on the market.
